This lovingly distilled gin has been created with the support of The National Distillery Co Ltd and the passionate staff at The Gintrap, Ahuriri.
We wanted to create something a wee bit different. A London Dry base with all the wonderful citrus and pine you would expect from a high quality gin. Then we took a unique and exciting direction and took the magical pairing of Manuka honey and crisp New Zealand pear. The marriage of these makes this gin the perfect cocktail gin. Add a light tonic or soda and you have a moment of magic and a very session-able drop. This hotly-totsy giggle water is truly the real McCoy.
