Main Restaurant
The Gintrap Restaurant brief was to embrace the nature of the
Gintrap Bar and
marry the " feel" to the dining space whilst sheltering the
diners from the drinkers. The result is a smart casual dining space
where all can rediscover the joy of eating, drinking while socialising
and taking in the beautiful inner harbour view.

Requirements: A
room hire and deposit is required. we are flexible with our hireage
charges for early-mid week functions/events
To secure all function bookings we require the deposit to be paid via
cash or credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American express or
Diners Club.
Final Numbers of
Guests must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your function.
Confirmed numbers will be minimum number of guests upon which the
final invoice will be based.
The Elbow room
Magnificent private
space where you can eat, drink and be as merry as you like. With large
doors opening onto a private section of decking over looking the
inner Harbour and " trapping" the HB afternoon/evening sun.

music system with 42" plasma and laptop facility, full drinks

Little bit fancy and
a little bit relaxed but a Waterfront bar none the less. Enjoy a meal next
to the open fire in the winter or better still a beer or wine with
mates on the largest sun drenched deck in the bay over the sunny
months.
